With a strong foundation in Trauma-Informed Yoga, Bri creates a safe, inclusive space for all students to explore movement, breath, and mindfulness.

Bri helps students connect to their bodies in a gentle, empowering way, honoring each individual’s pace and experience. Whether leading a deeply restorative Yin practice or an energizing Power flow, her classes foster healing, strength, and self-awareness—both on and off the mat.

Outside of teaching yoga, Bri enjoys photography, and spending time with her husband, son and dog zuko.

Miranda Geminder | 200HR RYT

Miranda is a 200 HR RYT. She specializes in intermediate to advanced vinyasa yoga as well as aerial yoga.

From Miranda: “"Hello! I first found yoga while I was in college and enjoyed the slow but challenging movement it had to offer. I become seriously interested in yoga and furthering my practice after college. At this time in my life I did not find enjoyment within my career and needed a creative outlet.

Yoga became that outlet and a chance for me to find community. I became yoga certified in 2019 and have enjoyed creating and sharing yoga flows with others.

Outside of teaching yoga and working my full time job, I am a mom of 2. They keep me busy and we enjoy finding new adventures to embark on. When I have "me" time, you'll find me visiting with friends, finding a fun form of movement, and spending quality time with my husband. :)"

Erica Kitley | 200HR RYT

Erica is a 200 HR RYT. She teaches balance and strength, yoga sculpt, and other power yoga flows.

From Erica: "Hey everyone! I am a Grand Ledge mom who loves yoga, reading, outdoors, food, and red wine! I am a certified yoga instructor (200 YTT through Peoples Yoga), fitness instructor, and energy healer. Most of my time is spent homeschooling my 3 children.

When it comes to yoga - I love helping people drop into their body so they can quiet the mind even just for a few minutes. I love coming up with fun yoga flows, including restorative poses! I'm so excited that have you join the yoga community!"

Ashley Clark | 200HR RYT

Ashley is a 200 HR RYT. She teaches restorative yoga to power yoga. She is the owner, maker and founder of Mayz Yoga & Therapy

From Ashley: “I graduated from the Awakened Life School of Yoga’s Costa Rica class in 2015. Certified in Vinyasa Yoga, but also continuing credits in Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Meditation. I added an extra step to my credentials by becoming certified in Trigger Point Therapy in 2020.

I have gone through various traumas in my life, and fitness was the one thing that really gave me the opportunity to heal through them in a positive way. When starting the fitness journey, I got into yoga. Yoga not only gave me a physical practice, but when I got into the entirety of the practice, I started to see the emotional and mental healing as well. So instead of going the personal trainer route, I enrolled to get my RYT.

My idea and what I really love doing, is to really help people in every way I possibly can. Mentally, physically and emotionally. Using different practices to aid in full body healing through yoga, meditation, trigger point therapy, and intuitive healing. I would love to help you.”

Chelsea Reinbold | 200HR RYT

Chelsea is a 200 HR RYT, Breathwork Facilitator, and Somatic Coach. She enjoys teaching dynamic power yoga flows that focus on connecting with our inner strength.

From Chelsea: "Since I was a little girl, I've always wanted to help others. I honestly wanted to be a therapist, and well, I would say I am living that dream in a more authentic way by mentoring and using somatic work.

Over the last 10 years, I have been diving deep into my own trauma and healing, finding tools and modalities to help release and process what my body is holding onto. Some of the modalities that have helped me is breathwork journeys, yoga, and somatic coaching."

Ustina Shives | 200HR RYT

Ustina is a 200 HR RYT and enjoys teaching a variety of classes from foundational vinyasa flows, to vin yin and yoga nidra.

From Ustina: “Hi! My name is Ustina! I first found yoga during a time where I was injured in college and couldn’t run. At first I thought yoga would be “easy and simple” and quickly was humbled. Yoga is probably one of the hardest forms of movement and mindfulness I practice because it is a space for me to be me.

Outside of the yoga studio and work (I’m a mental health counselor) I am often playing with my giant fur babe EBDB (She’s a Maine coon), reading, running, or hiking. I love being outside and being with nature and love to travel as much as possible."

Abby Osburn | 200HR RYT

Abby is 200 HR RYT and Level 1 YOD yoga certified. A dog mama, lover of the outdoors, and special education teacher living a balanced life.

From Abby: "I have been practicing yoga for many years but my love and perspective of the practice has changed. It went from just showing up for the physical workout to showing up for ALL of me. I decided I wanted to learn and live yoga on and off my mat and share that love with others! I look forward to flowing with you in class!"

Abby teaches our Yoga HIIT, YOD yoga, which focuses on empowering and challenging your own self through movement and love!
